The Bitemark Butcher is the pseudonym of serial killer James Theaker who murdered six known victims in the Denver Metropolitan Area between  late 2017 and mid 2019.  He was killed by his attempted last victim, Anya Shaw, who was acquitted of all charges after a plea of self-defense.
